A character named Pai Mei or Priest Pai Mei is featured or mentioned in many Kung Fu films of the 60’s and 70’s and more recently in the Kill Bill saga. Is this person a historical figure? A god of some kind? A myth perhaps? Or is he just a recurring character created by the Shaw Brothers industry?
I get confused, isn’t he supposed to be like, hundreds and hundreds of years old?!?!?
