I signed up for the beta site poets.com (not poetry.com) about a year back. To this day the constantly suspend my account when i’ve paid for a membership. They keep over charging me, and charging my banking account without my authorization. It’s happened already three times, and it’s hell getting it fixed. When you try to cancel membership THEY WONT CANCEL IT!!! They keep charging me excessively, and alot more then what the membership was suppose to be.

For example,

I’m not due for a recurring bill until Dec 26th, and they just recharged my account for another cycle of 3 months without my authorization. I threghtened a law suite, and then they quickly updated my account, and gave me months free. It took me 6 emails to get this far though.

So I ask you fellow yahoo’ers, has this happened to you. If so what did you do about it? How did you get it fixed? Do I have grounds for a law suite-I think I do.
